Physical Therapy Experts in Nevada
Are you tired of long wait times to see a healthcare practitioner, only to have limited time with them and spend most of the visit with support staff?
Do you feel frustrated by being blocked by front office staff or having to leave multiple messages when you have a simple question for your physical therapist?
Look no further—we can help.
Healing Hands Physical Therapy offers a different approach to healthcare—one that honors your time, your needs, and your unique healing journey. We provide Concierge Physical Therapy so our physical therapy experts can spend quality, one-on-one time with each client to deliver the highest level of care.
How Concierge Healthcare is different:
Our doctors spend an average of one hour with each client at every appointment.
Tranquil, welcoming, warm atmosphere—we care.
Your care plan is determined by you and the doctor, not dictated by insurance.
Helping you find pain relief is our main goal.
Return to doing what you love as quickly as possible.
The office phone is answered by experienced front office professionals.
You will have a direct line of communication with your doctor via phone, text, or email.
We can come to you! Mobile visits are available for the Reno-Sparks area.
Our goal at Healing Hands Physical Therapy is to facilitate healing and restore efficient movement and comfort as quickly as possible.

Dr. Jamie is a native Nevadan. She attended UNR for her Bachelor of Health Sciences in Health Ecology. Then she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2010. She continued to get her Manual Therapy Certification from the University of St. Augustine in 2012.
Since then, manual therapy and bodywork have been her passion. She is proficient in myofascial release, muscle energy technique, CranioSacral therapy, dry needling, strain/counter strain, and many other modalities. As a natural healer with a deep understanding of body mechanics, Dr. Jamie brings over 15 years of experience to Healing Hands.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family. She has two young boys and enjoys being active in the great outdoors of the Sierra Nevadas.
Dr. Carolyn's traditional education includes bachelor of science in biological systems engineering, masters of science and post professional doctorate degree in physical therapy, with additional certification in mechanical diagnosis and treatment (MDT) from the McKenzie Institute of America. She has authored a book SOAR Into Health and a chapter in an educational test on the impact of nutrition on musculoskeletal healing in repetitive strain injuries. With a love of outdoors, learning and healing, she spends her time practicing what she preaches; she likes to eat well, move well, sleep well, supplement well and connect well with 3 active children, 4 dogs and her husband.
Motivated to improve her family's health and her own, she gained an additional masters of science degree in holistic nutrition to further understand the impact of nutrition and supplementation on healing and pain reduction. This work led her to develop a supplement line, VitaKinetics to provide people with a safe and effective supplement program to support healing during times of injury.
While running this business, she realized she missed direct patient care and has since joined Healing Hands as a part time physical Therapist.
